MP-18 Snail Magazine

Created and exploded in Maya, texted with Substance Painter and touched up in Photoshop.

The Mp-18 is the world first practical submachine gun. Produced by Theodor Bergmann, who is known for a lot more firearms, bycicles and a few cars, this blowback style gun fired at roughly 500 rounds per minute. The drum that is pictured here carries 32 rounds at maximum, but later there was box style magazines designed for it that would hold up to 50. Those did not really see combat however and the iconic "Snail Magazine" is what is usually seen in the firearm.
