UPDATE 5: Quite nearly done actually

UPDATE 4: Love applied nearing completion of first skin

UPDATE 3: First texture pass. Needs work on the wood.

UPDATE 2: First Pass in Marmoset 3. Pretty good so far, but some baking errors and edges need to be softened.

The Low res is around 16.9k tris right now, but I think I can get it to around 16.5k before this is all over.

These are some screen shots of my work in progress AKS-74u. This is the high res before I add some detail in zbrush. I am in the optimization phase on my low-res at the moment and I will be posting that shortly after I finish it. I just have not posted in awhile because I lost my job and I have been struggling to make ends meet. I really need to find something artistic to work in soon because working a day job is killing me quickly. Cheers and wish me luck!
